Not my definition of a Resort - we stopped in thinking we'd stay there during the summer when we come for wedding. We'd like to stay 3 weeks, but may just do a couple nights. It has a very nice wooded setting on one side and everything is neat and clean looking. However, there was some very loud construction work across the street that looked like it would be going for months, a construction company on the other side running heavy equipment, its close to a railway, and there were people working on trucks and loud motor bikes when we drove through. Lots of off-leash dogs running through campsites. This may sound snotty, but not the sort of respectful, quiet crowd we find at other "Resorts". When you pay for a "Premium" campsite you should be able to sit outside and read or enjoy the birds without loud people, barking dogs, diesel trucks idling for 30 minutes, motorcycles revving and people walking through our campsite. We saw all of this in two short daytime drives around the "Resort". RV Park is more accurate. Too bad Bend doesn't have another option. Next nearest Resort is in Sunriver. We will check that one out tomorrow.

Love this place it's gorgeous, right in town and the front desk staff are great. I am giving it 4 stars because while the bathrooms are nice, the staff was not cleaning it well while we were there for 5 nights, I'd like to say it was because of the busy weekend but it's been that way on other less busy visits as well. Everything else about our stay was absolutely perfect though! The guys on the golf carts are very attentive and friendly as soon as we would put put our garbage can,, someone would drive by and empty it! Wonderful! We'll be back again and again!

We have resettled in Bend from Atlanta. We have been very pleased with Crown Villa, as we are monthly renters with our travel trailer. The showers are always clean, the front staff super nice. This park offers complementary trash and recycling pick up at your site, cable with 70-ish channels, wifi, large brick rv sites (no gravel), free outdoor spa, a guest lounge with full kitchen, and well kept laundry facility that uses credit cards instead of coins. In Bend, everything seems to be 15 min away or less so the location is great. The RV park is also located close to the main highway so getting out and site seeing is super easy. We love Crown Villa!

More like a Kennel Club than a Resort. The resort rules that keep everyone happy apparently don't apply to off-season. Lots and lots of poorly trained, barking dogs and poorly trained owners. Actual kennels setup on the grass, one contained three large dogs, unattended several hours a day. One RV located near the entrance to what could be a nice little walking trail, had a CONSTANTLY barking dog inside. No vehicle at the RV so guessing the owner works during the day like many at this "Resort". Would have made us go insane to park next to that one. The dog howls and barks all day. Could still hear it when the train and construction work wasn't going on. Walking our dog to the trail meant passing by the unattended dogs in the kennel that would bark from the moment they saw us (or anyone) until we went out of their view. Can't relax or take a walk at this place. We don't let our dog yap, snarl and bark at all. Thats supposed to be the rules, but definitely not enforced. Some of the rudest people in the laundry room, more than one would come in with what looked like two weeks laundry, take every available machine, slam the doors and storm out. Others would take their sweet time coming back so their machines stayed tied up for over an hour. The sauna and workout room appealed to us, but good luck getting into it. After a day on the slopes it would have been nice, but the building it is in is only open from 9am to 5pm so closed before can even get back from the mountain. The only thing not broken in the work-out room were treadmills. Arrgh. The wifi is ridiculous. Very hard to get a signal anywhere (we walked around with our laptops). The lounge is the only place it works but even that is sketchy. The whole experience was not what expected. This place has great potential. Hopefully in the summer they enforce rules and fix the equipment so everyone can enjoy their stay. In Winter, defiantly not a place to recommend!
