The classic RV and Camp spot in the Welches area. This place has so much potential! When my parents come from out of town, they would rent a cabin there before ownership changed. It was run well and clean.
Ever since the new owners took control and inserted their management staff, this place has gone downhill. 
My wife and I tried to used use the pool and fitness center in the fall. After going over a period of 3 months, I kept seeing the same Band-Aid, leaves, and hair in the shower stalls and the locker room area. My wife had a similar  experience in the ladies locker room. I'm not even going to go into what we kept seeing in the pool after a few times, pretty disgusting. I don't know how this place doesn't get shut down. I know a lot of locals and visitors use these facilities, so they have a budget to keep it clean. Management has been notified consistently.

This is a fantastic family RV park. Great indoor pool and hot tub. The Dragonfly Cafe on site is wonderful - amazing Prime Rib dinner every Friday and Saturday night. Overall fantastic RV family destination. 40 minutes to Mount Hood Meadows.

We have stayed here multiple times in an RV site in the winter the past couple years for ski weekends. Several of our visits the pool and/or hot tub have been closed for maintenance issues or have been open but not heated. Twice we were not told this at check in so we got the kids ready and headed over to swim, only to find out it was closed. The internet is hit and miss, mostly miss even when close to the office. We have had cable hookups that don't work, but this year, even when the cable does work, they have apparently cut back on their services and the channels they do have is barely more than local channels. When I have expressed our disappointment to the front office about the lack of services provided despite them being advertised, I have not been met with very friendly customer service. The only reason we keep returning is because there is no place else in the area to bring our motorhome to ski for a weekend. But at $52+ a night, plus a resort fee for services that are not always available, we may just go back to driving up and back for the day. We have stayed at several Thousand Trails facilities and this one is definitely below the standards we see at other resorts.

So gorgeous! Great rv campground with lots of hook ups. Good family feel to it.

Fun place to stay but the facilities are all old and the community rooms for events smell like a retirement home.
