The hotel was very impressive, with the bar/ restaurant right in the center. I was tempted to sit and partake but I was there for a professional event. The plaza room we were in was small but comfortable. The temperature was slightly warmer than normal, but only a few people complained. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and if I didn't already live here I would stay here. Bonus, we saw a pool half indoors and half outdoors that seemed like a neat idea.

Wow what a wonderful stay! This hotel has a five star staff. From the front desk team who always welcomed me in to the bar tender who was a shining ball of joy to the management who were very attentive. It's really remarkable to see the GM and his staff working in the glass office right by the elevators. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you want a peaceful nights sleep and peace of mind that the Crowne staff will take care of everything else this is the place for you Recommended dining: The Calimari was very crispy, The pork medallions were excellent and the carrot cake was a sweet ending to a perfect meal.

Realy nice. Staff was nice. We got breakfast vouchers that got us either 1 buffet meal or $10 off per voucher towards your order. I'm not sure if everyone gets the same with their stay as ours was paid for, for a business trip by the company. You will have to ask when making reservations. Also, if they fail to tell you, as they did us...the controls for the A/C are on the wall thermostat controls.

Outside looks older, but inside is nice. Large rooms. Good breakfast. Did not try out the pool or gym. Great service.

We were attending a 4 day ice hockey tournament. Overall our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious. I would definitely consider using them again.
