The room is clean with crisp linens and comfortable beds.  There is not a hot tub, but the pool is serviceable. 
There is a problem with lobby coffee and creamer.  The first time we stayed here we were told there would not be any lobby coffee as there was a conference and they didn't want the conference guests drinking the lobby coffee so they just weren't serving any.  This time there was lobby coffee but no plain creamer as they only serve plain creamer with breakfast!  Not friendly hotel staff here.  Very anal controlling hotel staff.  Another guest said he had been refused plain creamer as well.  While waiting to check they wanted the names of who was staying in the room.  Also, they took a guest call while I was waiting.  The guest asked for extra blankets and the guest was asked how many people were staying in the room and the staff person proceeded to quote the fire code to the guest. 
I won't stay here again.  You definitely feel like you are an imposition on them.

This place was exactly what I needed. After visiting a nearby run-down motel 6, and the manager refusing to honor my reservation for complaining about the surroundings, and their inconvenient policies, I decided to check in at this hotel instead. Upon arrival, I noted that the general surroundings were quiet, well lit, and did not have any undesirable loiterers. The general manager at this hotel, was very nice, and so polite. We had a nice chat in which she engaged me about shared interests, while I was briefed on the hotel's amenities and while filling out the check-in paperwork. The room was in outstanding condition, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. Check out was punctuated by a personalized express check out note, which was both unexpected, but very welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Enjoyed my night stay. Beds were comfortable. Complementary breakfast was great, Orange juice tasted funny, water was pink only because the cranberry juice was next to it.

We got to our room the toilet was plugged and dirty rag on shower from previous person. Called front desk and they ran me a plunger and left. Bed is very comfortable but customer service not good at all

It was a good experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast. Would stay again
