Dr. Daniel DePrince is a true prince! He was able to diagnose me quickly and effectively. His calm and warm beside manner is one of his many attributes. I am so grateful to the friendly staff and doctors at Pioneer Urgent Care. They were able to prescribe me medication as well as give me homeopathic advice to boost my immune system. Would put no stars in  possible . to make it short and sweet , i went to this facility for a "female issue " and the male doctor on call literally on the other side of the door was saying he didnt want to do the exam and hasnt done one in years !!!. after confronting him about this , he was shocked and apologized for me hearing this when he came into the room to speak to me . he then went ahead and did the exam as Id expect especially when Im paying close to $300 with my insurance provided to have services done here . they told me 3-5 days id know results . heard back 7 days later on the dot from the doctor that was there the evening the week prior when i went and was really short with me . I dont feel doctors should be such a way as theyr'e here to help peoples well being and not only that but i think they make enough money to at least act like they care  . needless to say,  not happy at all and will be disputing the bill with insurance  , this was not a pleasant experience to say the least

Every year, we or a visiting family member get sick on a weekend and need a doctor. We range in age from 3 to 63, and Pioneer has alays been there. Great service, excellent care,  I highly recommend.

I think most of the docs and nurses are great here. Some are a little dismissive but mostly attentive. Never have to wait long and its an easy check in and out.
