Careless staff.  I went here for my first ever spin class and was clipped in to my bike pedals by one of the staff members.  I was told the basics of how the bike works differently from a regular bike but not anything else.  The class itself was average aside from this - when standing up on my bike, my right foot came out of the pedal.  I thought I was clipped in?  But I fell completely forward on the bike and the pedal came back and raked my calf, hard.  I thought I was just clumsy and needed to learn how to shift my weight.  It was embarrassing but I kept going.  
The teacher didn't come over to me to see if I was okay, though she saw it -everyone saw it.  The next time I tried to stand up it happened again!  I fell with the full weight of my body onto the front of my bike, the pedal again hitting my calf all the way down.  At this point, she could've & should've helped me but didn't.  I kept going, finishing the class and keeping up with every move.  But the skin on my calf was scraped off and it bruised/was swollen over the next couple weeks, setting me back from exercise in general.  After the class she said nothing about it & maintained an unusually oblivious attitude even though we chatted & I politely brought it up.  
I emailed with the manager who offered me another try, on them.  I accepted and tried to schedule twice but never heard from them.

Huge place, $10 bucks a month. Great equipment, staff is nice, clean. Busier after work hours of course, but even then not so bad honestly. I did have the smaller downstairs weight room to myself the other day so I indulged in a rare gym selfie. At least its not like the dumdums with their shirts pulled up.

Clean and cozy, good base of decent citizens as customers.  Plenty of room on the upstairs floor, complete with hydro massages and tanning booths.  Downstairs you'll find a group exercise room for classes and a back room for free weights and machines.  Good variety of machines and dumbells/bars.  Locker rooms are clean and showers are kept nice,  overall 100% better than my boxing gym for cleanliness and smell.  The only downfall is there is no cedar sauna or steam room to loosen up in pre and post workouts.  Still a 5 star for the clean establishment in my opinion,  considering my boxing gym smells horrible for years and is so dirty women will not even join.

I enjoyed this gym, the women's locker is always clean. The machines well maintained.the only issue was when my mother in law didn't know how to use the treadmill and she ask for help, the indian guy told her she had to pay training in order for him to show her. (are you fkn serious).

The Machines and weights are decent given the low monthly price.  The biggest drawback for me is the low standard of cleanliness.  Paper towel dispensers on the gym floor, and soap dispensers in bathrooms, are often empty.  That means people aren’t able to clean equipment after use, and their hands after using the bathroom. Toilets are quite often gross.
