Great ambiance, friendly staff and the customized workout experience. I had the class with Kai and he was very knowledgeable, he was what he was doing, guided me and very motivational as well. I love that you get to see your heart rate and how intense you are going. It really pushes you to go further. Great concept!

Great neighborhood gym very helpful and friendly staff. Affordable and not too crowded. Plenty of equipment that you don't have to wait.

Courtney’s genuine and kind customer service goes above and beyond, Alexa’s classss are pumped up and motivating, and everything and everyone else is great too. This is the perfect recipe for health and fitness.

Hands down the best gym I've ever joined. The coaches are motivating & extremely helpful. They push us just far enough to get us in our zone. The workouts are never the same and that's the part I love most. Not only that, but they make sure to target various parts of the body too. Who knew you could have such a great love for a gym!
