We offer much more than a routine of Pilates exercises. Unlike some Pilates programs that simply link exercises together without taking a client’s individual needs into consideration, PPW practitioners decide which exercises are appropriate for a client after a thorough assessment of a client’s alignment including but not limited to, the arrangement of the spine, pelvis, ribcage, and scapulae and the balance and integrity of core and postural muscles including the diapragm, psoas, abdominals, multifidi, and pelvic floor muscles. The client will then be guided through exercises that strengthen their weaker muscles, release their tighter muscles, and lengthen their shorter muscles.
