Letha, the office/store manager, is exceptionally customer oriented and concerned about the security of her customer’s accounts and belongings. She is unfailingly pleasant and approachable. The facilities are very clean and well kept.

Leatha, the on-site manager, could not have been more engaging or helpful. She stepped me through all the processes and provided little tips about accessing the property, storing items, and ensuring I had a thorough knowledge of the facility.

Best storage experience ever. The staff are amazing, especially Leatha who is the sweetest. My stuff was so safe here, I never felt I had to worry, and every time I came by I had an easy experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience moving from one unit to another was very positive, quick and easy. The staff at the CubeSmart in Rohnert Park assisted me with a very professional  attitude. They always take the time to contact me when there is a new space available. Nice clean facility. The music in those long storage corridors keep one from getting bored! Thanks much as I always come back to rent! Ted from Sebastopol.

Clean, easy access and able to access till late, works great with my work hours, and love the drive in to load and unload.
