The Jr. manager was super good, he was very patient and very professional. The reception was excellent. And the whole storage place was spotless, I mean very neat, clean, Oh mine, ...I felt so good and am very happy he was able to get me the exact storage size for my stuff, affordable, and at a great location. I recommend everyone to this location. Excellent Jr. Manager and Excellent Job. Keep up the good works. Appreciated. My visit yesterday was also very awesome. I meet another guy who I think might be the manager. He was great. I called for help and Within a minute he was in the storage to help me locate my unit, made sure everything was fine, and asked if I need help with any other thing. He did all this with a gentle smile. ...the place still looks good, spotless. You guys are doing a great job. ..more Grease to your Elbows. ... I was at the storage yesterday 6-24-17 , and I meet the manager DWAYNE for the 2nd time. He is a very nice guy, he does the job with a gentle smile. Very welcoming. I went to Cubesmart in Laurel (Cherry Lane) yesterday , just to get some information on the size of the units. Katrina, one of the managers gave us a tour of the units and explained everything in detail. She was so friendly and nice and engaged us in conversation about the different sizes and benefits of each unit. Katrina provided us with such good information that my sister who was with me, is ready to rent a unit at Cubesmart. Based on Katrina's help and her friendly personality and great customer service i decided to get the unit right away. If you are looking for storage units I highly recommend Cubesmart in Laurel, thank you Katrina's and the team at the Cherry Lane location.

The customer service I received, was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The General Manager, Dwayne Stewart was very patient, friendly and made you feel welcome. The store manager, did an great job showing me the facility and the different options to accommodate my storage needs. I was overall-- very impressed with the staff and my experience!

I needed something last minute and affordable. I forget the lady's name but her and her co worker were extremely helpful and they were not over bearing. Plus they gave me a discount the day of and monthly rate was lower then Public Storage and Extra Storage. Extremely appreciative.
