Cameo and Marlin were found to be very attentive and informative.  When informed that the lights were out in the hallway of our unit, they were replaced immediately.  We found them to be understanding when we said we were moving out things out.  They were very thorough with  the proper procedures and policy on how to leave the unit.    The place was easy to access but I would certainly recommend some rodent proofing around the facility.

Latisha was very good, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. she made sure I knew how to open and close the gate to my unit, she let me try the code on the lock box and ask me to take a picture of the card with the code and other info on it just in case I forgot it. But she was quick to say that I could always come in the office to retrieve it.She was very pleasant very, very helpful. The office was clean and everything in place nice and neat.

Dropped in to pay my friends monthly bill for him and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Ms.Cameo! Very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! I normally never do reviews but yesterday I was really pleased and impressed! I hope this reaches her, keep up the good work

Latisha was absolutely wonderful - from the first phone call to the last meeting to end my rental contract!  She had a positive attitude and was informative and very accommodating - which was quite helpful in relieving my stress since I needed to get a large unit for a last minute move.  I highly recommend this public storage facility.

I had a great experience renting my storage unit today. Latisha was extremely friendly and professional not only did I get exceptional service I got a great laugh. Denario was friendly and helpful as well. They are a great team and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.
