I highly recommend CubeSmart Self Storage on Independence because they understand what excellent customer service is. After comparing storage units and pricing, I registered online for my unit and within just a few hours, I received a phone call from Ben confirming my rate and providing all necessary information. He was so helpful on the phone and when I went in to sign the paperwork he was not only helpful but he went the extra distance to make sure I knew all options and to be sure I understood the terms of my lease. They have my business from now on.

Customer service is WONDERFUL! Pam, the manager, is so friendly and she made our experience worth while. Units are clean and secure. In fact, my husband and I got locked into the facility within 3 min of closing time. However, we were able to call their 24 hour customer service department for immediate help. I would recommend "CubeSmart Self Storage" for anyone looking for reliable storage and excellent customer service.

I had to do a lot of research before I would trust a storage place to move my stuff into and I can honestly say they do not disappoint. Pam is very helpful and friendly anytime you are there and truly cares about her clients and their items, and Ben is just as kind he even brought water out to me qhile i was unloading into my unit because it was a hot day. Not to mention they have the best prices for a storage unit in the area. I have no regrets at all with this location and you won't either.

Pam was great and explained everything in detail. She seems willing to work with you to give you the best experience possible. It's close to my house and easy to get to. Seems secure and the unit and facilities are clean. Seems like a fair price compared to other storage units in my area.
