Nice staff, started in a line of 8-10 people with 1 person at the desk, another joined him within 5 minutes and I was at the front of the line and serviced within 7 minutes. The staff was pleasant and willing to go above and beyond for me to acquire my PO box that visit ASAP. Clean facility. Will use them often.

This post office should closed. They are a good example of why using the Internet is so much better.
I had to come to the location twice because employee on Saturday could not locate the package. 
They have long lines every time I come in this post office. If I could do business with any other post office, I would.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Time after time after time I put in requests to have packages picked up and they DO NOT pick them up. Then they send a confirmation email that they have been picked up. Plain lying. They don't / won't answer the phones at the post office so I can speak with anyone either. The absolute worst post office I've ever dealt with. TERRIBLE

Literally worst customer service I have ever delt with. Long story short I watched the carrier from my front door leave a notice that no one was home in the mail box and drive off. I had to call 27 while chasing her down on foot, before I got an answer. Now this time I got a delivery notice and I did not get my delivery. Once again I was home watching and this time when I tried calling I did not get an answer. So I called another location and they confirmed it said delivered, but they could not give any further information because those were not their drivers.

It is usual to see only 1 person at register and ~20 people waiting in line. They have 4 registers and only 1 person working most of the time. In addition this place has not seen any maintenance in a very long time. A lot of things there are broken and are not being fixed. Need to get more employees and maintenance person who will take care of the place.
