Excellent and convenient storage location. The facility is clean and management is super friendly and helpful. As far as storage locker chains I have found CubeSmart to be in general the best there is and the staff is definitely the tipping point here in terms of being the "best"... There are many storage chains that have adequate facilities but CubeSmart and this location specifically has an especially accommodating group. Points always given for any company these days that answers the phone when you call without having to go through five minutes of options that seem to have always "recently changed"... CubeSmart answers in person nearly every time and has a genuine interest in helping answer questions or solve any problems Highly recommend for your storage needs!!!

Very intelligent people to do business with the training program that they have I believe is what makes them successful the store managers train their people the proper way which includes customer service politeness reiteration of misunderstood questions good place to do business

Cubesmart is amazing great employees and The manager Laurie Polk is amazing she is absolutely the best kind polite and easy to work with I give Cubesmart on 61 Putnam pike in Johnston Ri a five star rating when I am there it’s like being at home in my own garage thank you Laurie Polk and staff

This was my second time using the facility just as the first this experience was fantastic units are clean and dry and Laurie as always provided superb coustomer service.
