This U-Haul is the center hub of all the U-Hauls in the area; this is the place where the trailers and trucks are repaired. They are a full-service U-Haul with the rolling stock and shipping stock on hand. Save your time and go here first and get it done. They know what they're doing.

Completely incomptent made a. reservation online a week before to pick up at 8 am very called the day before the move to confirm pick up at 5:30 pm and told they wouldn't have anything before. Call penske easier to deal with and was able to help even at short notice.

Nice employees, very helpful. Anything you need is here to help you move. Storeroom on site was really convenient.

Terrible sewage smell in the storage unit area makes you nauseous while loading/unloading. Uncaring employees that don't move with any sense of urgency regardless of how many people are in line. Finally, my card would not work to open the garage door to let us out so I had to sit there in the 90-plus degree Heat and try to find somebody to help me. The phone number for the general manager just went to voicemail and I never got a call back from him. I never got a call back from the U-Haul people who said it would be 2 minutes. The only people that helped were the alarm people. The one redeeming quality for this place was that it was "free" with my truck rental. Of course the truck was overpriced so in the long run this really wasn't free.
