Worst experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. I had a reservation fo a rental truck 2weeks in advance to drive one way out of state. Ben was very helpful when the reservation was made. However, when i showed up at my reservation time. Ben, if thats his real name, proceeded to tell me that due to some changes he was unable to rent me the truck. Due to changes that happened a week ago. He also said he remembered making my reservation. At that point i just wanted to leave because i thought not notifying your customers of changes is totally ridiculous. But my family insisted on trying to reason with Ben who seemed appologetic but at the same time passing the blame to Uhaul. We waited an hour while he attempted to contact someone who would be able to make the situation right. He finally lied and told us the regional manager will be able to help us when we drive all the way to seneca to pick up an available truck. When we get there we call Ben. He tells me his reigonal manager will not do anything for us. Now I'm livid! My time is being wasted and I'm being lied to? The lady at the new location gets the regional manager on the phone. He tells me that I'm giving his staff a hard time, that he hopes the new place charges me extra, that i should just cancel my reservation, and that uhaul does not gaurantee a place or time, just that you will have a truck. He claimed that he was unable to do a nything and that we would have to call the 1800 number. I find that to be a lie. I have never seen a powerless regional manager.... maybe they know he's not worth a damn? I don't know. All i know is when i forgot a payment on the rental they had no problem picking up the phone and notifying me BUT when i need to be notified about an unachievable reservation.... silence, I'm being unreasonable, my time means nothing, I'm not appreciated as a customer. There are too many storage and car rental places out there. Come here at your own risk. I promise you will not matter. Not your time. Not your peace of mind. Just your money and silence.

Paid for 3 months of climate controlled storage. The unit smelled a little moldy on move in so I hung 2 damp rid bags as a precaution. When I pointed this out the attendant assured me the ac was on 24 hours a day. After 3 months all the clothes and a futon are covered in yellow mold. When I Alec what would be done, the attendant agreed it was unacceptable and something should be done but that he needed to speak to his area manager. 3 weeks and 2 calls later, still nothing. Do not rent a climate controlled unit here.

Rented here for over a year while new home was under construction. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Good Security.
