I give it 5 stars ONLY BECAUSE OF KATHY !!!
She's a staff worker there. She is the best ever. She answers your calls, is polite n respectful. Helps in any situation, makes her rounds n is tough. She's kind but doesn't let you be lazy. She keeps you on your toes when it comes to regulations. The old workers were very good. The new workers, forget about it. If you have to deal with them. GOOD LUCK !

Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities and super reasonable prices. Special shout out to Kathy and Daniel! I stored my goods there for 4 months and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I recommend this storage place enthusiastically, with 2, thumbs up!

My experience with the managers here has been nothing but pleasant. On a time crunch with little notice, (no emergency to Kathy or Tiffani), they were extremely accommodating in making it all work. Kathy took me as the last appointment, and prepared everything ahead of time in case I ran late. Tiffani made sure I could secure transportation when their truck company was all booked up. Also, Kathy is very thorough and straight forward, but so down to earth I feel like I have a personal connection when I'm doing business there. It's not necessary, but makes all the difference. Thank you!
