My experience with Safeguard Self  Storage  could not have gone better. The facility is very well maintained. Denise Gonzales was extremely professional and helpful. She worked with us to find the storage spaces we needed and answered all our questions. The process was efficient and painless. I would recommend Safeguard Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage space.

Denise at Safeguard was the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable employee we have ever worked with in the years we have been with Safeguard.  It was the first time we ever felt like a valued customer. She was great. The five stars are for her.

Denise took exceptional care of myself and mom. She dedicated so much time to show us rooms and help us decide which one to take. She also was so friendly and comforting during such a stressful time! I appreciated how she explained everything in detail and did not rush us or make us hurry up. It is rare to find such good service so thank you!!

This is the most amazing experience I've had with a storage company. Usually you walk into those places and it's a dust bowl with staff that is difficult to communicate with, but I was met with Denise and Carlos who just were the most professional accommodating people ever. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The unit was spotless and it was just an all around pleasant exchange. You need more folks like that if you're trying to stay in business.

My experience with safeguard storage was absolutely amazing. I worked with Carlos who provided me with affordable storage and was able to answer any and all of my questions. He was very friendly and made something stressful like moving way less nerve-wracking. I would absolutely work with him and safeguard again and will be recommending this place to all of my friends in the area!!
