Today I came in to view the storage space I reserved online sade one of the store managers showed me the space but unfortunately the room she showed me turned out to be too small , Sade then took her time to ask me questions like "what will I be storing" and approximately how many boxes will I be moving in as well , I thought this was very nice and sincere of her to ask me these questions , it shows she had a personal interest in making sure my storage needs were met.! I recommend this store and give this store 5 stars based on the wonderful service Sade gave me . She truly impressed me .

Since Kailamarie has taken over the property it’s definitely had some major improvements. As far as the customer service, it’s honestly been nothing less than amazing and the maintenance of the building as well is great. I would definitely recommend this specific cubesmart to anyone in the area looking for a storage facility! Keep up the great work!

UPDATE 1/8/18: Storage Unit Robbed

So l was finally able to get into the unit and i come to find that around $10,000 worth of equipment was stolen. I was never called and told that anything happened even though they said they did. I'm hoping it will be covered by my insurance, but haven't dealt with that yet.

Terrible. Used to be 24/7 access. Now i have been 5 times around 5-6pm and its closed every time.

Moving my things ASAP.

There was a string of robberies in your cubesmart storage facility in Brooklyn, NY and the staff including your district manager are all nonchalant regarding this incident. And to add insult to injury, I still had to pay for the month. I was called Dec. 31, New Year's Day to be told my storage was tampered with and couldn't come in until January 2!! No one act like they cared and nothing they could do. Very little compassion. There are sooooo many storage companies and for me to be treated as if I am invaluable does not show good business on CubeSmart Self Storage behalf. I pay my storage on time every month, no problems but this incident which is rather HUGE gets thrown under the rug!
