Ky is my favorite manager. I have had the pleasure of renting from her not only at this location but at a her last location as well. She is always pleasant and smiling. I enjoy coming to pay my bill! Her staff is just as knowledgeable as she is. Thank u for bringing this joy into my life!

KY Jones is one of a kind, ever since the first day that I've met her she have been nothing but nice to me. I was going through some rough time when I met Miss KY Jones to a point that I was so stress that I couldn't stop crying, Miss KY Jones took her time to make it be her business, she wouldn't not leave my site until she make sure I was going to be ok, she gave me her undivided attention, her shoulder to cry on, that night I couldn't stop thanking her for been there for me, for showing me how much she cared and how Important that I was to her, she didn't have a million dollars to give me but she showed me that every thing will be ok. I just wanted to take my time to say thank you to her for being who she is, Miss Jones please do not change your attitude for no one and keep being yourself. May God Bless you.

Kia was fast , efficient , And straight to the point . She did not take ad any age of the fact that this is my first storage unit purchase , and I feel that she ushered me into my purchase with knowledge that could only better my Xperia very here at cube smart. I recomend this service experience to any new customer

Moving is a daunting task. The young lady in the office, Ky, put a smile on my face at this difficuly time. She is well informed and knowledgeable. She is beyond pleasant and is just the epitome of good customer service. Thank you Ky for being amazing!
