Never never have anything ready.  Always out of coffee, hot chocolate, cups, sugar, stirrers, you name it. Where are the managers? No hair nets being worn.  Employee's eating behind the food service area.  12 coffee makers and you run out of coffee daily? 10 employees and nobody is responsible for making sure there's coffee.  It really just gets worse as time goes on,  knock it down start over.

Went here for the first time today....All of the staff were nice to me, but I was surprised by the lack of Security especially this early in the morning and the business being so close to the Beltway. I got some chicken pieces with a small side of fried potatoes. The chicken was very greasy but good. I like their potatoes.

I'm from Howard County Columbia Maryland never experience a Royal Farms  my co-worker who lives in Camp Spring Maryland had told me how delicious the fried chicken is so I was in the area and gave it a try the chicken was ok I don't know about delicious but it was ok it tasted kinda dry or maybe I was given left overs from the previous day anyway I don't think it's as good as the Sheetz  or WAWA in my neighborhood but if I'm in the area again I give it another try.

The fried chicken was good. The side items were good. Not the best fried chicken I've ever had, but good. Clean atmosphere and quick service.

Asked if I wanted sauce. Said yes and was charged a buck extra. No sauce. I needed sauce. Will be getting that sauce eventually, mark my words
