We've been renting a storage unit from this location for a couple of years now. I really can't complain about much. I feel that it's a tad expensive but it's a convenient location, well maintained and the employees are nice. Ed has been very helpful every time we have worked with him.

I recommend Cubesmart if you are in need of storage. My family stores at the West Hempstead location. The property is clean and the customer service is outstanding!

Great location! I am a returning customer, each time i need storage i come back to this facility... Good affordable prices, always clean and the customer service is great. Jennifer is awesome!!

I had a really great experience at cubesmart at west Hempstead. The staff and all the managers were so helpful and wonderful. The manger Jan gave me the appropriate size room that worked out perfect for me with a great price. In addition to that Mr. Jameo, was so helpful and wonderful who help  guided me going through all the steps of the process and suggested what works best for me. I really appreciate Mr. Jameo's kind help to guide his new customer right. I will recommend this cubesmart to everyone.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. They are always ready to assist with whatever I may need. The manager is very professional as well as the other staff members. Great customer service each and every visit. I would highly recommend this location.
