I cannot say enough good things about Public Storage in general, and Brianna in particular.  Brianna helped me choose the best of several pricing and size options for storage units and answered my many detailed questions in a good-humored and most helpful manner.  She even helped me to choose the best deal and how to search for various discounted rates!  This is one of the very best storage unit rental facilities in the country, and I am very grateful to Brittany and the rest of the staff for being so nice and user-friendly!!!

Brianna assisted me literally the second the store opened at 9:30 am. She was nothing but kind, informative, humorous and efficient. You can tell she has an in depth understanding of interpersonal skills as well as company policy. She made my experience quick, easy, and seamless. In addition she has continually followed up wth me when ever I express any concern of any kind pertaining to my policy, unit or any other ancillary question you could think of. As a manager myself i can personally say how rare it is to find such a well rounded employee who brings the same positive energy to work everyday with pride. What else could you possibly ask for?

Had an easy visit to the store. Yemi was helpful and answered all my questions and very polite. I would highly recommend others to this storage place because of how friendly and helpful she was.
