Can't say enough good things about the manager and the girl that works with him, always a pleasure to deal with.  Had an issue with my space and they promptly got it resolved.   Will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

I rented a spot from them and had it set up to charge my credit card. After buying a new home I called to find out what needed to give as a notice. I was told to just vacate and let them know. My credit card was charged the day before I vacated and the district manager refused to refund the prorated amount. I paid a full months rent for 1 day of storage. Not fair. Won't go there again.

Use the bait and switch to get people in.  I reserved a space for $29 per month and then they wanted to add a $39 "security fee".  Not a one time fee, a monthly fee.  Just advertise the space for $68 a month instead of lying.
