The service was nice. I got the happy hour special 3 fish tacos for $10 and 3 Culichi beers for $10. Good flavor and good sized tacos, but they were on the sweet side and they did not carry spicy sauce. My boyfriend got the aguachile, it was good but not great. Too many veggies and too few shrimps for $18 :. But overall we had a good experience. Parking: Plenty of parking.
This was our first time here. The service was good out waiter was very nice and knew the menu and what to recommend which was nice. I dont eat fish but we did get the Salmon balls as a appetizer & it was very good. Also got 2 different sushi rolls & 2 drinks was very happy with everything. It is a little pricey but overall everything was great
First time going and probably the last. When my group and I were seated, it was only 4 of us the waitress did not acknowledge us anymore. We waited 20 minutes until we had to ask another waitress if she could take our order. We were sitting there with no water and no chips and salsa atleta that’s what I was expecting. The waitress that ended up taking over was nice. My food came out fairly quicker then the others. And the others got their food 15 minutes later. I ordered two fish tacos and they were NOT good. They had more toppings then fish. I was very disappointed because the fish tasted dirty with no seasonings. It almost tasted like they didn’t wash the fish and threw it in the batter, Although presentation was great the taste wasn’t. After 15 minutes when I ate my food I felt sick. I ended up getting an upset stomach and very nauseous, I was afraid I was going to get food poisoning. The fish almost tasted raw. I ate my food because I was so hungry and I was embarrassed to let the waitress know. I really wanted to like the food but it wasn’t what I expected. The drinks where good and the atmosphere was okay but the food was disappointing. My brothers steak had good flavor but for the price you would think it would be a nice thick steak and the portion of the fries was disappointing too.
They completely changed their ambiance, I got to go to the rialto and colton location so after remembering those i was shook to see things now. They make everything photo worthy, Food does taste the same still good. But it not only got more expensive but its less food! So i doubt ill ever be going back they are pretty much trying to be a high end restaurant now with high prices and small portions.
Drinks were okay for incredibly overpriced for the wow factor being dry ice. Food was okay but they completely changed their portions smaller from the last time we were here. Hang my bacon shrimps On a clothes line but I’ll still remember how this plate used to be served with rice and beans and now it’s a wimpy salad. They are trying to go for this high scale type of feel but I remember there being bandas here and now all that plays is TikTok’s top ten songs. Food also came out at different times it was weird. For the price expected better. I’d pass. Our waiter was super nice though hence the 2 stars.
The food and music are great. It's a bit pricy, first and second time spent 150 for two. Took a while to get our check. The girl at the front was on her phone and didn't notice me standing there at all. The shrimp empanadas and mango micheladas are my favorite. However they made the shrimp empanada plate smaller. I asked for a premium mango michelada on our second visit and didn't get it but was still charged. The quality of food is great but had to lower the stars for bad service. I understand maybe my $150 doesn't mean a lot to the waitresses but a good experience means a lot to me for that amount of money and i didn't receive it either time. Won't be back just because the service.
One word to describe this place would be, “avoid.” Since its new redesign this place has changed, and not for the better. Culichitown leaves much to be desired if it wants to represent Sinaloa. It’s conversion to a wannabe “high-end” restaurant has taken away the style and flavor that made it what it was. No more live music, and no more Mexican music either, it’s all reggaeton with the same song playing over and over yes, same Bad Bunny song three times in a row. Food was ok, presentation seemed more complex than it needed to be with dishes coming out one by one. One of our members plate didn’t come out until we asked again for it. Even the waitresses commented on how their changes are driving clients away. I will not be back. There is only one thing Culichi about this place and it’s not the food or drinks…
Great place! Love the music and environment. Food was delicious. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kids menu
I've been here twice this year a beautiful place, I remember this place used to be at all, you can eat Chinese buffet when I was a kid!!.. Food is awesome and so yummy Music is great, But it's way to Damn Loud, and everything is way too over price! you have to scream at the person sitting right next to you just to talk to them!!!.. Our family, for now on is just gonna order to go from here, but all in all Great!!.
Food was edible but not good. The salsa was better then the food. Don't expect to eat with anyone at the table. The food comes whenever, in no particular order. Why give someone their side they ordered after they have been done eating, and you have dropped the check? It's so LOUD the server cannot even hear you order, I had to shout my order. I couldn't even talk to my husband sitting right next to me, let alone anyone at are party. I'll never come back. Mediocre food and the speakers are WAY TO LOUD, annoyingly loud. The main reason I made this review.
