It's technically available until 10pm, it's just the building that closes. Park area always accessible.

This is a quaint little park: quiet, clean and especially nice to bring little kids. Connects to Ballona Creek bike path. Also has exercise stations.

Park is great has basketball courts, 
a playground for kids and a base ball field, but is not very safe during the night.
