I used to go for my drum circle the last Saturday of the month from noon to 2 pm.
Some homeless one in while enjoying the beats. Nice and shady park .

There were a lot of bums when I rolled through. Didn't feel comfortable there. Was really surprised as the area around this park is pretty nice.

Good location between Trader Joe's and Sprouts.  Easy public transit.  Hard to keep clean lots of homeless hang out there.

This park has no bathrooms and no benches, and the gazebo has a grille for a roof, so it doesn't provide shade. Shameful excuse for a park. Clearly the city is more interested in keeping people out. 

There is also no separation from Venice blvd which is a loud high traffic street.
