Overall, this was a great visit. The bed was comfortable and the room was an ideal size - enough space to spread out but not too much unused space. We had a rental car for part of the trip and used ride-sharing apps otherwise and the location was good. We didn't have any trouble getting around. The front desk staff was friendly as was the maintenance staff (the battery in our door lock died one day and we were locked out of the room, but maintenance replaced it within 15 minutes). The only issue we had was with the restaurant. We went for dinner one night and no one was at the host stand. After waiting, I asked the front desk if someone could help. The restaurant manager then came to the host stand and seated us. He did come to the table one time to ask if we were ready to order. We said we needed a few minutes and then we were neglected. Another waiter stopped by and took care of us with excellent service. The bar staff was good as well. The restaurant manager was the only negative about this stay. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel.  The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very friendly.  Excellent customer service! Alyssa at the front desk was awesome she made us feel welcomed and got us into our rooms earlier than the normal check in time.  My friends and I stayed for one night only, but I will definitely book this hotel again.  Thank you!

The Sunday Breakfast Buffet was good. They have an omelet bar (or other types of cooked eggs, as you prefer) and a waffle bar. They offer French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, pork sausage, turkey sausage and oatmeal at the buffet bar. There are assorted fresh fruits, dry cereals, pastries and breads. Everything seemed fresh and of good quality. Orange juice and coffee are included and probably other beverages as well. Value for the price is not very good, however, for non hotel guests. Due to the cost compared to the items served, we only do this one to two times a year. Looks 2018 is already covered for us.

This place was busy for a Sunday night but that didn't stop the room service and guest services from being on top of everything. the biggest issue i had was parking my pick-up. the parking lot was so full but the free parking pass is wonderful. made the entire experience easy. + Bonus -  Westfield Mall si right around the corner!

Yes the rooms are outdated, the bed was a little on the firmer side of things, pillows were standard, no microwave in the room, refrigerator in the room has no thermostat control, ac/heater unit will not stay on once it hits set temperature, and most FREAKING IMPORTANTLY the door to the rooms sounds like a prison door closing behind you! So if you are a light sleeper you will hear every door close to your room close when other people go in to there room! The courtyard at Marriott is right down the road..... I recommend it! On the other hand though the staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful.
