At this point in time, I am unable to say that I am satisfied with the staffs treatment of family member concerns, routinely taking unprofessional tones and even mocking or agitating worried family members.  

Their key focus seems to be/is isolating the patient and pushing medication, leaving a patients wife, for example, out of any treatment plans or healthy contact with the loved one. 

They were nicer to me in person, much nicer with some of the staff being kind, and while I understand they're doing their job, I am without understanding as to why they still hawk over visits with a clipboard and make visits uncomfortable between loved ones. It feels more like a prison than a facility and I don't even understand what they're trying to do to help because at no time, is anything clear.

I have concerns with nurses and possibly other staff who are engaging in relationships with patients, with wards not mattering as staff has access to and regularly enters the ward of their romantic partner. This is something that seems both unprofessional and detrimental to patient safety or treatments.

If a patient who has voluntarily signed themselves in wants to leave, I've been told by staff that the hospital can or will force them to stay with a court order (maybe because billings are important? More important than the actual care of the patient with everything else that seems to be going on?)

With nurses treating this as an alcohol free singles bar, keeping patients as prisoners against their will for 700$ a day, therapy once a week, you'd be better off actually paying for a real psychologist in a sane environment. Don't waste your time, nor your loved ones health here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst medical facility ever. Needs to be shut down. Understaffed, misdiagnosed, chemically and physically restrained and abused. Assaulted by Incompetent and neglectful staff! Don't be fooled by the smiles and facility!

The Nurses and Techs were great. They really are the only ones who helped if anyone. YOU ONLY MEET YOUR THERAPIST ONCE A WEEK! YOUR DOCTOR ONLY GIVES YOU MEDICINE FOR YOUR PROBLEMS. THEY LIED ABOUT MANY THINGS AT THE FRONT DESK ITS NOT JUST 3-5 DAYS ITS MUCH LONGER AT LEAST A WEEK and THAT MY FRIEND DOESN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. its great to meet people, and have  nurses, and tech to understand and give you advice but the assigned therapist doesn't do anything. they meet you once a week.

I am writing this review in hopes that it might prevent someone else from having to go through what I had to in this place. I went in to see about getting help with weekly counseling sessions. They outright lies to me about several things during the admission process in order to get me to stay there. During my time there, I witnessed a lot of patient neglect, as well as abuse. They basically just make the patients sit around coloring most of the time. One girl I was in there with was given the wrong medication not once, but three times. She and another girl were also sexualy harassed by one of the techs that work there. You only have to have a high school diploma to be a tech there, and they are severely understaffed. All in all, any stress or anxiety I had before going in there paled in comparison to the stress and anxiety being in there actually caused. If you or a loved one is seeking behavioral health help, please go somewhere else.

It was ok. Some staff was nice, some wasn't. I wanted to leave my 2nd week... I was there for 5 weeks. They didn't help because they couldn't find out what was wrong. I wasn't phsycotic I have OCD and extreme anxiety. They weren't the ones to diagnosis me... They kept accusing me of lying and I just couldn't do it.
