I went to Ohio County hospital in Beaver Dam to have a ultrasound and a CT scan for a possible hernia. The test came back and the radiologist's report stated there was no sign of a hernia and everything was fine, they couldn't understand why I was having pain. I got the CD of my test and took them to OMHS in Owensboro, KY for a second opinion. I have a umbilical hernia! I have no idea why the radiologist at Ohio County Hospital said there was nothing wrong. But if they did it to me I'm sure they have done it before and will do it again. It worries me that they may have given a report of everything is fine to someone who has life threatening problems. Always get another opinion and make sure and get the CD's of your test. These are free all you have to do is call and go pick them up. Or ask for a copy when the tests are done.

Sucks go to Owensboro or bowling green better off 2 unless u just need a bandaid

I have had good experiences here and some bad ones. My last trip was very positive. I feel like my heart would be damaged or worse if they had not took my complaints serious. I thought I just had pneumonia but the doctor and nurse's saw my heart beat was almost triple of what it should be and started working on me. I had a positive experience with all my nurse's and Drs. I spent 4 days in the hospital. The food was good. I never had to wait on any medications or anything. Everybody was very nice and I felt like people genuinely cared about my health.

My mom is in the hospital here they brought her lunch in the aid starting throwing things around said there is too much stuff on your tray threw a cup of coke landed on the bed the floor and me

Well I went there because my infant son had a very high fever while traveling. They tried to take a urine sample and blood work. my son never urinated and was told they couldn't do the blood work even though they came and took two bottles full. I told the nurse at the time that I was certain I would be billed for the things they didn't do. She assured me that she would talk to billing. the doctor kept pushing for me to give him a chest xray even though we already knew he has strep throat, which I refused. well I got a bill from my insurance charging me for all the stuff they didn't do. I feel like all's they did was try to pump my insurance for cash and screwed me.
