Made arrangements with this company about 8 days or so in advance as I was comparing prices with other companies. Decided this one was the better deal because I was given a flat rate and was told the move would take 3-4 hours max. Much to my chagrin the movers arrived an hour early (no big deal) with a contract that stated a total different rate and a surcharge that was not articulated during my initial call. The movers were good  but took 5 hours and I ended up paying a lot more than stated. I think the owner knows you're pretty much in a bind because you can't just arrange for a different mover the same day. Definitely won't recommend or use them for services any longer and I have a few friends Iooking to move soon..Just bad business...

I have visited this merchant a number of times n the past DECADE for safety inspections with no issues!
The owner is a senior citizen and like me has some aches and pains that render his socialization skills somewhat in remiss but my guess is he's just a good older person trying to make a living!
In my 83 years I as a Korean navy veteran (you can thank me for my service) I have found out that if you stay calm around anguished folks they too will calm down and not consider YOU a non-threat!

Came late, no tools, my husband ended up helping. The owner was extremely rud. It took them 30 minutes to go to next neighborhood which is lest than 3 minutes away. It took them 5 hours to move a two bedroom apartment. My husband took pics and video of how they were slowly working and trying to prolong the process. We agreed to 3 hours max and that is all we paid. I've used this company in the past as a single woman and had no problems. I'm very disappointed, and do not recommend them.

They stole a $25 gift card off my dresser. I guess the idiots thought I didn't know EXACTLY where I put my things.

Worst exoetience EVER! Quoted me one price, and charged me a different price. Asked why, and said first was a "quote," even though guaranteed. Also, arrived at worst possible time, and said they slept in truck. Employees acted like I should ha r fed them or something. Furniture was scratched, but...they were long gone. Owners seemed so nice. Fooled me!!
