If I could give the company zero stars, I would. They double booked my van rental, then wanted to send me to Midlothian to pick up another van provided I pay for the mileage...which was out of my way. They supposedly had another van returning at 10AM...needless to say that did not happen either nor did they call me to let me know....I had to call them. If you REALLY want to move the day you anticipate, I recommend renting from the U-Haul in Markham. I've used them three times in the past to move my office...they have NEVER disappointed. The only reason I used this location was proximity to my office...less than 2 miles. I called U-Haul in Markham, they booked my rental for the next morning...like I said NEVER disappointed. Lesson learned...if ain't broke don't try to fix it. Go with what works..U-Haul in CC Hills doesn't work.
