I was excited to try this place. I ordered the beef and crispy chicken and really enjoyed it. I typically like spicy food and I ordered mine a seven and a half and to be honest with you it was pretty spicy. I mean it wasn't overbearing but I can't imagine how spicy the number 10 is. The lady working there was very nice and welcoming. She advised me to try the seven and a half. Next time I'll order just a little bit of lower spiciness to get the perfect amount. The inside is very nice and they do have some tables available for outside seating. Make sure you shake your bowl to mix it up properly before you eat it. I recommend giving this place a try.

EDIT: I called the store. They issued a refund and a gift card for a future visit. Stars updated to reflect the experience.  Cupbop at Eagle Island, Meridian, ID has been really bad lately. I wanted to attach a picture of the bowl I just paid for, but the app isn't letting me after I posted I was able to edit and add photos. The bowl is filled an inch below the rim on one side, 2.5 inches on the other side.  My order: Rock Bop, extra rice, no noodles. They had ran out of Rock, so they scraped the small broken pieces mostly breading into my bowl... this was probably less than third a serving. They asked me if it was good enough, and I said no. They had more Rock cooking, so I waited. The two pieces of chicken that they added weren't even Rock... it's Ugly instead.  The portions are awful in this bowl. Definitely not extra rice. Definitely not a full serving of meat.  I didn't even see my bowl until I got home, 20 minutes away. Unfortunate.

I went to this place with not too much expectations. I really liked it. I had the rock Bob which is Korean fried chicken and the cupbob special heat level. It was very good when you shake up your food in the bowl to mix it. My wife had the Hot Bob which is the BBQ pork at the sweet level. I had some of that also. It was really good. I had a hard time knowing which one I liked better.  It was a great change up from other Asian foods because all the flavors were mixed together. The customer service was good. They were very nice and explained how the spices worked and how to make the best experience for your food. I'm looking forward to trying something new next time I go.

We went for the special day but won't ever do that again! The food waste alone that was created in the 40 minutes we were trapped just breaks me! Was an easy fix if they had a better system.. They also could have had people in & out at double speed! You ordered with one person who passed to another.. That person then was trying to remember the 4 orders she just said plus the 6 he was already doing and she just went back to standing on the line.. If one person took the order and followed it all the way through or wrote it on the bowl and they actually talked to the customer multiple orders would not have been remade.. Best wishes but that was a headache!

I love this place! This menu is fun and delicious as is the atmosphere when you enter. I went with a friend and we ordered the Ugly Pop Bop and Doochi Bop, so goooodd!! Also, The staff is always so nice and friendly and it’s relatively fast!!  My one recommendation: make the punchcard into an app. I never remember to bring the card with me. ‍

The flavor was good but my food was cold. I ordered and was there to the min to pick-up.  Pot stickers ice cold and hard. Not happy when I got home which is less than qtr mile away.    Did not look like the picture and expected better for the price.

Do a little me time & enjoying my delicious CupBop, One of my Favorite Hot Spots that know how to make me smile. Employee there are always smiling & paying attention to what I want.

Super friendly staff, free treats for first timers. Welcoming environment, clean and yummy food. So many choices on sauces a 10/10 recommendation. I promise you'll be back for more! Not a fan of eating out, no problem, they have online ordering and delivery available

I love me some cupbop!!! The employees are always super talkative and friendly. We had a pretty good convo with the guy that helped us out. I should have gone with the ten though for spice, it just wasn't hot enough haha, my bad not theirs. Plus they have some deals going on so that's always nice. Tell them Jordan sent you
