In September we had family come in from Texas. And I decided to have a family dinner over 30 people came.  I had enough to do with getting the house ready and trying to make sure that we could either eat outside or inside depending on what the weather was going to do  those wonderful people at Dickey’s Oh my gosh, they cooked up a mess of ribs like you would not believe and absolutely delicious. And tender everyone commented on how much meat was on those ribs what was nice is that we had some with sauce, and then we had some that didn’t, and we were able to put our own of the two types of sauce that was offered for us the original and spicy.  We had the barbecue beans and also the Caesar salads everyone ate until they were full and I even had enough left over to send some home with everybody who was here  they made it wonderful night. Thank you so much dickeys barbecue pit. I will tell you this I even had enough leftovers for us to have ribs for the next four nights.

Absolutely the nicest people ever! They worked with me and my family through a difficult time to Help cater a event! They were kind, patient and went above and beyond! Absolutely would recommend for any event or just an amazing lunch!

I order from dickeys often. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've ordered food for pick-up I've had to go back. Each time they forgot to send me everything I ordered. It is very frustrating to have the employees tell me everything is there and my order is complete only to get home and find out I'm missing SEVERAL items in my order. I have a large family so I usually order 2 or more of the XL packs. Each time I spend well over $100 dollars and didn't get everything I ordered. I work in the restaurant industry and have tried to let it be but it has happened too many times now. Management has usually offered their apologies but seems not a whole lot changes. My family enjoys the food and so do I. It is very discouraging when this problem has happened so many times

We tried the drive through and had no response, so we went to the window to order. We didn't get utensils or the ketchup we requested and had to go back in. One of the sides was wrong as well. I love their BBQ, but other locations are doing better.

Pretty dissatisfied with my recent visit to Dickies. I placed a lunch order for my work, about 8 sandwiches and sides all with pickles and onions. I showed up to pick up the order and asked the girl who handed me my order if I could get a receipt just so I could check and make sure I got everything as to not forget any of my coworkers lunches. I asked her directly for my receipt, as there was really no one else in the restaurant, and she completely ignored it and walked away. I was kind of shocked as i asked her kindly and directly. Anyways, I pulled up the receipt on my phone and thankfully all of my sandwiches were there. However, once I brought the food back to work, all of the sandwiches were without the requested pickles and onions, which paired with an already dry sandwich was very disappointing. The quality of the food was subpar and needless to say I will never be eating at Dickies again.

Stay far away from this place. Disgusting cold hard food. We got home brisket was hard and WHITE. Soggy green beans whole thing was a waste. Called management said they would refund our order and never did. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. We had to throw away our entire dinner.

Ordered in the drive thru. When I got home found that all of our fried items were undercooked. Luckily my wife split open the chicken nuggets and found it completely raw in the middle, before my kids had eaten any. The fries and okra were not done, the pulled pork sandwich looked like it had been squeezed out of a tube, the rolls tasted as if they were several days old. No napkins in the bag, no receipt in the bag. I don’t expect much from a chain BBQ but I would at least hope it would be edible.

Just good old fashioned texas BBQ . Vising today. The girls getting my ribs ready!  Once again our favorite BBQ pla e. Today Ethan, Abi waited on me. They are the best.  Once again Eathan and Becka waited on us and yes they had Ribs today.  July 10 having ribs at my favorite restaurant. Well not so fast they have no ribs for 2 hrs? How is that possible? Not happy  July 15 eating rib special today. Awesome. 1  Aug 2 2019 getting my rib fix but leaving . About every other time they aren't ready. I may have to find a new restaurant.

Great and quick service. Was welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. All of our questions were answered about different menu items. The brisket mac was great and I highly recommend it. My son ordered the chicken nugget meal and he loved it...and of course he loved the ice cream cone!

My wife and I went to Dickies and after standing and waiting for 5 minutes we were greeted by a rude lady. She was upset that we interrupted her gossip session in the back. The food was mediocre and the restaurant was filthy. There are a lot better options.
