I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Sherry for my 3-D brows. Upon walking in, her space is amazing. It's immaculate and well decorated. From the moment I walked in I was treated wonderfully. During the consultation process I was asked about everything, from the color to the shape of my brows.  Once the process began Sherry checked in on my level of comfort. At no point during the process was I uncomfortable. I was so relaxed the first session I almost fell asleep!!  Sherry is truly a master and professional at what she does. I spent along time following her on Facebook because I wanted to make sure I had someone experienced. She is the best!! Thank you Sherry, I love my brows and I've received so many compliments on how great they look!!

There is no doubt that Sherry is very skilled and knows what she is doing. I love my 3-D eyebrows. She is quick, efficient, and does an amazing job. 

HOWEVER - I have been to Custom Beaute to see Sherry 3x and she is NEVER on time. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time the last time I was there - and she never mentioned it or apologized for being late. It seems ironic that a business - who sends *several* texts and emails prior to the appointment reminding me of their desired payment plan, my appointment, etc. - would be so untimely and not even acknowledge it. 

Sherry must be one of the best in Buffalo, but being mindful of your client's time - or to at least apologize for running late - is also a great business practice.

Shari, Can't thank you enough for my beautiful new look! You are amazing! Your staff is helpful and knowledgeable not to mention pleasant. My eyes and brows are gorgeous and I get so many compliments. Thank you again, Audrey (One very satisfied client)

I love Custom Beaute! I have been there for several RF slim abs treatments and have seen great results! The office staff is extremely friendly and are always very helpful with finding an appointment to fit my schedule. I have also had my brows waxed there. I will definitely continue to use their services as well as recommend them to my family and friends!

I had my eyebrows and eye liner done at Custom Beaute and I cannot say enough about Sherry and her talents.  The atmosphere is comfortable and clean and the entire staff is friendly.  With that being said, I could not be more pleased with the results of my procedures.  I am still happy six months later waking up with eyebrows!  Mine were getting thin and uneven and now I don't have to worry about applying them all the time. After having my brows done, it was naturally the next step having my eyeliner done and am very happy with those as well.  I have never had anyone "notice" that they are not my real brows, but people tell me how good I look.  I have recommended Custom Beaute to many of my friends.
