I came to this shop because of the good reviews , but was very disappointed. If I could leave no stars I would. I brought my brand new 2018 Honda Civic in for tint.after only owning it for two months.When I picked it up it was full of scratches. I had a Saturday appointment at 2:30pm and I didn't  get my car back until 7:30 pm. I was told that they were short handed because someone called out, which was fine. When I finally picked up my car i did not do an "inspection" on it because it was too dark outside to see anything. A few days later i started noticing a lot of scratches some small and some big all around the car. I wasn't able to stop by the shop for a couple of weeks as i get out of work at 5 and they close at 6, plus I was dealing with a lot of personal issues and couldn't find the time. I decided to call them to give them a heads up of what was going on so that they knew i had a problem and they told me to stop by the next day. When i stopped by the gentlemen which was the "manager" told me that he would look at the car and see if it was something they could've done while the car was there because he wanted to be "fair". Not even 30 seconds after he looked at the car , he tried to deny that they might have done it. Even though they are clearly razor blade cuts which is what they use to cut the tint. He said there's no way that they would've scratched my car because they only cut tint and put it on the window and that those are areas that they don't touch.He offered to show me how they do the work so he could prove to me that they didn't do it. After arguing back and forth with him in the rain for 10 minutes he said he could not prove that they could've done it and that they would not fix anything. At this point I was obviously really frustrated and he finally offered to "maybe" buff my car to see if the scratches could came out, which i know they wouldn't because I could fit my nail into the cut and it was too deep to buff out. He said that it was all he would do because I had no proof. So my question is how was I supposed to prove they did it. Was I supposed to take pictures of my car before the work was done? Or sit next to them and watch them while they did the job? It's very unfair service and I will never go back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you still want to go in to get something done, take pictures of every angle of your car for "proof". I work in a shop and this is horrible customer service, it is not the way to treat a customer who trusted you with their car.

I use to pass this spot all the time and go everywhere else however  this is one of those shops where if you knew how much they did you’d be there all the TIME Sound,detailing,tints,romote keystart and body work they do it all for a good price. I would recommend scheduling though it gets pretty busy don’t go in the middle of the day looking to just get serviced in and out fast.
