This location is an extreme pain to deal with. The customer service is horrible, after moving out of the unit 4 months ago and even after requesting directly from the manager to have the auto pay removed I am still being billed. I would not ever use this location again. Also Uhaul does not allow you direct communication with the store. You have to call the 1800 number and then they call you back. Never again U-haul!

Excellent service! I went here to get a trailer hitch installed. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made sure the job was done right. They even covered the seats and steering wheel while the car was driven in and out of the garage. There are plenty of places to rent trucks, but I will definitely return to this U-Haul location when I need to rent a truck in the future due to the fast and efficient service I received. Clean, modern facility.

Didn't actually use their services but my sister and her husband did. They forgot the furniture pads when they rented so asked us to pick them up when we went to help. Stopped by and the supervisor came out after seeing my husbands veteran plates and asked if my sister's husband was military too. We told him he was and he said he would give them the military discount. We didn't have to do a thing he took the initiative completely. We often forget to ask because so many places don't offer discounts. Very impressed!

This place was alright. People were friendly, but it took us an hour from waiting in line, getting documents signed and getting hitched up and ready to leave. With three kids in tow, it wasn't exactly a pleasant experience.

Do not use this service for U-box moving containers. They didn't pick up the boxes from my friends house and then sent them around in circles, transferring to different people including the regional manager, without answers as to when the boxes would be picked up. They offered no solutions aside from calling the driver (who wouldn't answer). Currently they are four hours late with no signs of coming. And they're expected to trust these people to move their belongings across the country?!? This is awful for my friends and adding so much stress to an already challenging time. Use another service even if it's hundreds/thousands more. It's worth the extra money.
