About a month ago, I checked out Source Auto Group in search for my first car. I called a couple days in advance to see if I qualified for a car and if I was able to find out the prices for some of the cars since the price isn't available on their website. The guy I spoke with told me to just come to their location so we could talk. Once, I got there, it looked so unprofessional. People walking past in the office (assuming they work there) and completely ignoring me as if I am not even a potential customer. Finally a gentleman (with a facial expression suggesting that my presence was unwelcomed for whatever reason) decided to assist me in such a rude manner. I am assuming that he thought that I was 15 when I am actually 19 years old. Long story short, I wasted my time traveling to this location, as I did not even receive the prices for their cars nor was given formal, appropriate service.

My boss is the attorney for Source Auto and recommended that I check them out when I was in the market for a car. The service was excellent. they were able to find me financing at a great interest rate and I got the SUV of my dreams. Thank You Source!

After searching for a vehicle online, I found a listing for the Source Auto Group. I contacted them to ask if the particular vehicle was available and they said yes, so I set up an appointment to come down for the next day. I called the salesman, Matthew, again the next morning to be sure the car was still there and specified how many miles were on the one I was interested in seeing. When I get to the dealership, the salesman hops in my car and tells me we have to go to their other lot to see the car, which is about 10 minutes away. We get to the other lot and I don't see the car I came to see. The salesman comes out with the keys to the same type of car, same model, but it's a different color with 25,000 more miles on it and instead of a cloth interior it has leather, so I know it's a different car. The car he's showing me looks scratched and dented all over and so I tell him this is not what I came to see. His reaction is "oh, whoops, we had two of this model of car I thought this was the one you meant." We then return to the original lot because the salesman adamantly assures me he's got something else to show me in my price range with low mileage. Upon arrival, he brings his manager out who tells me that for my price range he has nothing with low mileage and condescendingly asks me if "that's all I plan to spend on a car" with a chuckle. Don't make the same mistake I did, this place is a complete scam. Every car on their lot looks like it has been scratched and dented on most of the body panels. The cars all have bird poop all over them and the salespeople are rude and dishonest. Don't bother with this place. I guess I should've known from the pictures that this could be nothing other than your typical shady used car lot trying to rip you off and get you in the door with a listing of a nice car that isn't even in stock anymore.

I have bought countless cars from them me ,my family and friends. The team in there is always willing to help if you are in need and tired of hearing no give them a call.Thanks source auto group keep up the good work

Do NOT GO THERE SALES PERSON MATTHEW SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP.CALL SAID CAR WAS THERE IT WASN'T.
