Wish I could give zero stars. The absolutely WORST company I have ever dealt with! They have had my shipment for weeks and have failed to deliver it. Every phone call is met with an excuse..."the scheduling computer is broken...the delivery person was fired..." on and on. Wendy (one of the people who answers the phone) is horrible. Could not remember that she had spoken to me TWO HOURS EARLIER! Even Wayfair, who has been intervening on our behalf, cannot believe the run-around they're getting from this company. Avoid this company!

After reading the reviews here I was a bit skeptical and worried that my items would not arrive as scheduled or damaged, however my experience was quite the opposite. My delivery was received at the facility on a Thursday afternoon and scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday. I was given a 10-2 window which didn’t work with my schedule but the dispatcher accommodated my work hours and gave me a 3-7 window. The driver called me 20-30 minutes before arrival. I ordered room of choice delivery and am always skeptical whether the driver will deliver as ordered or make an ordeal about having to transfer heavy items, but the driver was professional and courteous. Items where delivers without any damage. The only reason I gave four stars is because I was the one who initiated the scheduling of the item after I had not been contacted for three days to schedule the delivery. Once scheduled, it was a completely smooth experience.

Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve waisted 12 work hours waiting for my delivery that was scheduled 3 Times for four hour windows. I spoke with Audrey all the times and this last time she hung up on me twice and told me it was my problem. I will be writing Walmart about the terrible service and how they should change to a company who has general respect for others and actually delivers packages. I did email the company and I am waiting for a responses, doubtful I will get one. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I’m now out $800 for a tv that was a gift. I will be fighting the charge.

Worst place on earth. Ordered door from Home Depot and never received it. Called them was rudely transferred multiple times. No proof of delivery no signature no pictures. Absolutely terrible company. Home Depot has been pretty bad as well and don't care at all about using this garbage company. If you find out your order is coming from these people avoid and cancel at all costs. I will never be purchasing anything from Home Depot again. Awful, one of the worst experiences of my life why can't I give them 0 stars

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY WILL WASTE YOURS ! After applying and getting a call for an interview with Zac MacKrell in the Guilderland location my experience with him and this company were ridiculous. I was told I was hired and there were two positions available. I filled out payroll withholding tax forms, background check, dmv and drug testing. This process took weeks for a position they wanted to fill immediately. Had to re-submit paperwork that was lost/mishandled by Zac then learn that one position was already filled ? Finally two weeks after drug testing and repeated phone calls, he finally takes the call and tells me there has been an "overhaul" and there are no openings. I said, " and when were you going to call me to tell me this?" His snotty reply was "sorry man" ! I had to call Zac repeatedly and he never returned a call . This is not the first time I've had a run in with this company. A few months prior I was hired by TQM Logistics for a position at Custom Courier. I had an interview with a man named Winston who "seemed" pretty straight forward, much more than Zac. Told me it was an 8-5 position. After the same protocol, background check, dmv, etc., I was told to report to Custom Courier at 2 a.m. ? I get Winston on the phone who tells me its now a 2 a.m. shift ! To say that this company will lie to you is an understatement. They are unprofessional, unorganized and dis-respective.
