I had an issue with some of my holiday packages getting sent to an old address I had lived at about 10 years ago.  After trying through Amazon and USPS, I was unable to reroute the packages to my new address because they were already in route.  I called the Guilderland Post Office, in a final attempt to get the packages to my address, and spoke to Mike, the Post Master.  He was absolutely wonderful.  He was not short with me, he let me explain my situation then assured me he could get the packages sent to the correct location.  He took my name and address down and told me he would reroute them for me and did not charge me extra for this.  Less than a week later I received both packages at my current address.  I am beyond grateful to Mike and the Guilderland Post Office for helping me out during what is undoubtably the most stressful time of year.  Thank you!

I am disabled and have had an ongoing problem with the letter carrier.  She raps one-half rap and dumps my packages on the ground.  She's been told to hand them to me because I have called and complained.  I am now going over this post office's head to complain because the postmaster, Connie, and the Saturday supervisor, Audrey, think it's okay.  Both have actually argued with me as if I have no right to complain.  Today, she hands me the small package but rolls the larger one end over end over end into the apartment.  I had to move my toes out of the way so she didn't roll it over my toes.  Yesterday, she gave me someone else's package.  This woman needs to retire.  It is obvious she doesn't want to do her job.  But since she clings to a job she obviously hates the post office needs to take disciplinary steps towards her.

Some of friendliest and helpful staff I've ever experienced at a US Post Office. Bravo, guys!
