I wish I could give more than 5 stars..Too good for words!  We had the Vodka Chicken with Cheese Biscuita and the Flank Steak Pinwheels with Sage Dressing Muffins.  Loved every bite!

Oh my goodness, Katie and her meals are PHENOMENAL!!!! This family of 6, with a couple of picky eaters, loved the meals that Katie prepared for us! It was such a relief knowing that a few of our crazy and busy nights were covered by having a meal prepared and ready to go. One of our favorites was the Southwest potpie. It was so yummy!!!!!! And EVERYONE loved it!!! Thank you, Katie! You helped make a family on the go a family who could sit and eat together!

Amazing food and service!!  The best decision I have made with my busy life style.  I no longer have to make a quick decision as to what to eat or in many cases where to eat.  I am now able to come home at nights and have a very tasty health meal prepared by Chef Katie waiting for me at home.  It has saved me a lot of time and money, not to mention a sense of wellness knowing I'm eating healthier and wiser.

I engaged Chef Katie to prepare meals for my elderly mother.

Katie was a pleasure to work with.  The food she prepared was tasty and she was able to package it in individual portions that just needed to be microwaved.  

She has a wide repertoire of recipes she can use, and was also willing to make my mother’s favorite recipes.  My mother is particular about food and Katie accommodated her very specific requests and was open to feedback for fine-tuning of her recipes.

She was courteous, prompt, and responsive.  I highly recommend her.

My wife and I requested a specialty dessert for Custom Meals.  Chef Katie did a wonderful job asking us exactly what we needed and by when.  When delivered, it was perfect and tasted delicious.  I can't wait to use her again when I need catering in the future.  Everything was perfect.
