Phone is answered by the pharmacy they own, not the office. They refused me allegedly because of my "zip code".  Absurd.  They also insist that new patients come in, fill out a release form for previous medical records then go home and wait a few days until called.  Rather than use technology to contact the former Dr. as most reputable places would.  Hope you're not having an emergency.  And the first question they ask is what type of insurance you have.  Obviously patient care is last on their agenda.
