Just went by today to ask a question, went in at 4pm...it closes at 4:30 so still had more than enough time to ask a simple question. About 3 weeks ago I went online to check the place out bc I just moved here and it said I can make an online appointment. So I put it all my info and it said it would email me to make an appointment within 2-3 business days. Still no email. So I go by just to see and I walk in, two women talking in the waiting room and two women behind the window/desk. I sat there and not one word was said to me. Not even a glance towards me as she sat in front of me and talked to the other woman who also didn't acknowledge me. Not even a "we will be just a minute" or even a hello was said. Nothing. So I just walk out. Pretty rude service to a new comer. Wonder if the rest of the staff/doctors are that rude with family's since it's a "family" clinic?

Started going here recently because of new insurance. Dr. Moss has become our family doctor. He's great with kids, too. He called a few days after my daughter had an appointment to check on her. It's also pretty easy to get in for an appointment at this office and the waiting room is never over crowded.

I switched to clinic not by choice, but because my Dr. Retired. I have never seen a doctor so I assume the office is ran by the nurse practitioner who refused to refill a prescription. I have been on for 2 years..... They never call in a prescription when you need it even if you requested it 2 weeks prior, you have to call them. I called today for this very reason and was told the prescription would be called in. I call my local pharmacy and guess what.....still nothing. So I have found a new physician and having all my records transferred. This clinic is a Joke, with rude staff and oh don't think you will catch anyone by phone at 4:20 even though the office is suppose to be open until 4;30. They don't take phone calls after 4pm. This sorry excuse for a practice should be wiped off the map. What a joke! If someone explains to you they have been on a medication for a defiency....and have been without that medicine for 1wk, and after doing a blood test the results come back normal....then more than likely they need it....otherwise those levels would have tested way high for the patient being on something that wasn't needed. Instead the np will refuse to refill the prescription and you can come back in a month after all goes south and we will retest your labs.....oh but here is a prescription for 60 Xanax.....this facility is a Joke just like the hospital....prescribe narcotics and send you on your way instead of giving you what a REAL doctor has prescribed.....no one knows themselves better than themselves....get a clue carilion, you and your rude staff.
