Aaron Cahill and his team at Jeff Ruby's were impeccable with their customer service, bar none.  My experience with Aaron and the Valet services was unlike many of the other parking services downtown Cincinnati.  I mistakenly left my car past the business hours but Aaron and his team members were accommodating, understanding, and best of all followed through with their word!  What else can you ask for in a business these days???  I will be sure to return to Jeff Ruby's steakhouse and valet my car again.  Also, want to shout out Mark Yeager, manager with Rubys, for saving our night as well by going above and beyond to ensure our safe travels home.

I recently led a caravan of several cars full of guys and their sons headed to the Monster Truck show Downtown. It was starting the same time as a Reds game so parking was tight. We pulled into a lot managed by Tri State and the attendant took complete care of us, directing us to an area where we could all park together and tailgate a bit prior to going into the show. He was courteous and went above and beyond the call in dealing with us and I just wanted to let you know.

Tri-State Parking parked our car at Eddie Merlots. Their employee offered to park our car up in front of the restaurant and. while he was parking it we watched him scrape the chrome rim on the concrete curb. The rim is gouged where it came in contact with the curb but the owner of Ti-State denied his driver was responsible in spite of the fact we watched him damage the wheel. Neither Tri-State or the restaurant were willing to take responsibility for the damage. 

I will not valet park again especially at a restaurant where Tri-State is the contractor and we will not be returning to Eddie Merlot's.
