Great venue, great food.upon the moment we were sat it was amazing. Bad service. The waitress didn't check on us. I had to have my food with out any drink as it was already empty and our waitress was nowhere to be found. My plate came out first and we had to ask for my wife's plate. Which if I'm not mistaking a ceviche is prepare faster than a chaufa. The check was brought over without asking.

Place just opened n December 2017. Serves Peruvian fusion cuisine. Several excellent ceviche options and wide selection of traditional and international Peruvian dishes. Don't let unfamiliarity with Peruvian food fool. This is an upscale restaurant outside the new spectacular East entrance to Aventura Mall, and it's packed. This is the 3rd CVI.CHE 105 restaurant in Miami. I had the Ceviche Ganador and it was outstanding with white fish, crispy and cook large corn in a spicy lime marinade. I also had Causa Con Relleno De Pollo. It's a potatoes with delicious chicken salad aji amarillo (traditional yellow sauce. Delicious! I posted pictures of both for your enjoyment. Finished meal with a Misti dessert. 3 later dessert with meringue, crumbled chocolate cookies, and mouse do lúcuma, a provisional friend tasting like passion fruit with a hint of coffee. Perfect! Great to see the Miami scene is trying to spread to Aventura.
