Had a delicious meal last night. Portion size are large. Service staff is very polite and helpful. We visit about once a month but always sit in courtyard with A/C. The inside decor itself seems very dark and old to me. I personally prefer a light and bright more modern atmosphere for this restaurant which may also attract more customers.

The food is great, but the staff is even better! Jessenia, Sam, Sheila and Pat are the best bartenders in town. I frequent there often and for many years. I have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great job guys!!!

We were celebrating our Anniversary and it was 4 of us. The artichoke/cheese appetizer was like glue..i told the waitress and she just smiled.The beef wellington was undercooked had to be sent back,the second time the waitress forgot to check on it and it was completely overcooked.A Manager came over and sakid the kitchen was backed up and we are better off getting a pasta dish so the wit wont be so long.If i wanted pasta i would have gone elsewhere.I was extremely disappointed in the food and service and no one seemed to care.,especially b/c we went home hungry.The only compensation was a dessert that we politely declined.

This restaurant is one of Miami's best. The food and the service were excellent and the service topnotch; everything looks clean. We ate on the patio and the ambiance was great. While I am kind of picky about what I am eating, I do think the reviews for the Grand Lux Cafe are underrated. This is one of the best few restaurants that I will be frequenting if I have to go back to Miami.

First time here the wait was soo short. Ordered a seafood salad for the table and for dinner the beef Wellington with loaded mashed potatoes.. it was superb just would order the mushrooms sauteed next time personally
