I walked to this place in Aventura Mall, this Tuesday June 27th, between 8:00 to 9:00 pm. I have given you two stars, not because of your hamburgers, but because of the unfriendly, unkind, somehow rude employees that work there. When we walked in, they were chatting and having fun amongst themselves, but when it came into interacting with customers, they were unfriendly, no smiles. I must point out the worst was the girl in charge of the grill and making of the hamburger, awful girl! I would suggest more interracial employees to avoid somehow a feeling of discrimination.

The food is very good, the milkshake is awesome, but the place it's a little messy. Lacking a little cleaning.

Went here with my girlfriend, bought a combo meal but the experience was terrible. Messy lobby that no one seems to notice or care, dirty bathrooms, messy tables, and staff with an attitude along with the facial expression that screams (I hate this job, screw customer satisfaction). The food was made poorly, both sandwiches were soggy and the flavor was stale while the fries were just as bad. The drinks were refreshing but that's it. For such an expensive mall, I had bigger expectations that were failed miserably at this food joint. Will not return here.
