Absolutely worst pharmacy service ever! I have been with CVS for over 25 years. One day I stopped to use the pharmacy in the middle of the day and I was told they wanted to close the pharmacy for lunch. A CVS pharmacy associate actually yelled angerly across the store at tell me that she was hungry and wanted to close down the pharmacy to go to lunch! She actually acted as if it was my fault she was hungry! In fact, everytime I go in to this particular CVS pharmacy, the associates are stressed and rude. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this CVS. After 25 years with CVS, I have switched to Rite Aid pharmacy!

The only reason I did one star is because I couldn't do zero. They sent us a 25% off coupon because we are CVS card holders. Have shopped there for years. I went in to use the discount and they said our CVS card was no good. I spoke with the store manager and he could have cared and tried to brush me off. He told me to call some 1-800 number and walked away. I am removing them from my Dr's database as my local pharmacy as there are plenty others to choose from.

Don't ever try to call this CVS, you'll be on hold for a half hour, at least.
