Typically alright, but waiting 30+ minutes (told 5 to 7 minutes) for a prescription that was called in an hour and a half ago gave me a chance to observe the staff. The guy helping customers didn't listen to anyone...constantly entered the wrong info which made each interaction way longer than it had to be. Then he asked a customer for their name and when the customer started, he said "wait a minute" then walked away. My wife kept telling me they were bad but I didn't witness it...I did today. We will be changing pharmacies, too many around here to settle with this one.

They won't answer the phone! I have had more than one experience of calling and am just on hold forever.

Extremely rude pharmacists. I️ simply called to confirm my prescription had been transferred and the man speaking to me was acting like I️ killed his dog. Please teach your employees how to speak on the phone.

I guess there is a reason this store is a 2 star. This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Do not go to this pharmacy because they cannot be trusted. I transferred a prescription to this store via phone and received verbal confirmation that they had my prescription and was filling ready to be picked up. Went through drive through 4 hours later to be told they did not have my prescription. After asking her to recheck twice, she found the prescription but it was "on hold" - no explanation. After further questioning, she said oh we have it but it will take 25 minutes to fill. I drove to the back of the drive through line to give time to fill. After 20 more minutes, it was my turn again. The girl at the drive through just laughed and said "oh, we don't have the medicine". No explanation or offer to find it at a different CVS store. I went in to complain to the store manager (who seemed nice enough) only to have the "pharmacist" start to blame me because the prescription was transferred! I explained again what actually happened and then the "pharmacist" said she simply could not read the dosage. So the story went from: 1.we don't have your script, 2. it's on hold 3. we need time to fill, 4. it's out of stock, 5. we have the medicine but we cannot read the dosage. WOULD YOU TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR MEDICINE?? I left this store, drove to another CVS and asked them to fill it and guess what? THE NEW STORE FOUND MY PRESCRIPTION AND COULD READ THE DOSAGE. The store at FARMWELL is dangerous. What if they put the wrong medication in your bottle? Stay away from here. I say this because this happens to be the 3rd time in a year's span that this happened to either me or my husband. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CVS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.
