I usually find what I need here, my only issue is with the pharmacy. There seems to be a large lack of communication, phones unanswered, prescriptions rejected when they should not be, unnecessarily long wait times, and staff that seem not fully equipped to handle the number of customers they deal with in a day. It's often very frustrating having to wait an hour for a prescription that I know for a fact should only take 10-15 minutes, or being told things about your medication that you know for a fact is simply not true. The employees do not seem properly trained, they are often very socialwith each other and laid back (drinking on the job around open medication) which distracts from the work they are doing and frustrates customers. I seriously hope they tighten up ship around here or I'm going to have to switch pharmacies. Ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy ever. My doctor sent my prescription to be filled on Monday. I get a call saying that it will not be ready tell Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Wednesday and they told me that they didnt know when it was going to be ready. I called my doctor to see if my prescription could be filled at another cvs pharmacy and the cvs pharmacy that my doctor switch my prescription to, was ready the same day. This cvs is a joke.

Usually, I don't take the time to write reviews. However, this CVS is HORRIBLE!! If I could give it zero stars I would. They've switched the manufacturers of two of my prescriptions without notifying me. I had to find out by getting sick and having horrible side affects. Their reasoning was that they give the customer what they have in stock. Not acceptable when you're playing with people's lives. And customer service is horrible. A week after my perscription was supposed to be deleted out of Aetna's system, it was still there. Spent an hour trying to get reimbursed for the wrong medicine. Stay far away from this location. They're playing a dangerous game. It's a shame Aetna forces their customers to only be able to use CVS.

Horrible customer service and the pharmacy is completely disorganized and unable to function smoothly.
